Program Description:
Backsy Networks uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with customers regarding support tickets and related service updates. Messages are strictly for customer care purposes and are never used for promotional marketing.

 

Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on the status of your support ticket and your interaction with our team.

 

Charges:
Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

 

Opt-In Process:
You can opt in by:

1. Checking the consent box on our website at https://www.backsy.com under the contact section. OR

2. Providing verbal consent to one of our team members, which will be recorded in our system. We must  according to the law say / ask "Do we have your permission to send you updates about your tickets, service calls and resolution notices via text from Backsy Networks to the number provided? Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can reply HELP for support or STOP to opt out of future messages. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes."

 

Opt-Out Process:
You may opt out of receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any Backsy Networks message.
You will receive a confirmation message stating you have been unsubscribed. After this, no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

 

HELP Commands:
Reply HELP to any message for contact information or assistance.
HELP will generate this automatic reply:
“Backsy Networks Support: Call (657) 900-8777 or email support@backsy.com. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.”

 

Supported Carriers:
Messages are supported by major U.S. carriers but delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
